I have an idea I’d like to share to see if other people like it and also would like it to happen. I’d like to Fund raise to build ecologically sustainable homes for everyone in Scotland.

Then if it works on a local level Fund raise to build eco-homes for everyone in the world. I believe if every
Scottish person had their own wee bit of land and could grow their own food and make their own electricity then we would truly be
independent, equal, individuals living here together.

I’d like to call it the Awesome Ness Fund after Nessie.

If there was enough interest for the Awesome Ness Fund to exist I imagine it could like something like this:

The aim of the Awesome Ness Fund is to first fund raise enough money to build ecologically sustainable homes for everyone in Scotland.
Then once that goal has been achieved send funds to start up Awesome Ness Funds for every other country in the world, or
if they’ve already been created to simply give to them as everyone living in eco houses benefits us all. Each country or self identified
community will have their own Awesome Ness Fund as supporting local is important. We can all give to all funds to make sure we all get
there. Like in primary school open book test we all pass, everyone gets a gold star we all look good.

It’s important for individuals to be able to design their own home exactly how they want to for their own safety and personal needs. Ideally
when the fund is large enough people will be able to submit their personal house designs and apply for money. One per person is the limit,
the goal is a house for everyone not to make the rich richer.

We can also create a shared info data space of current houses designs
and space for individuals to share their own ideas for potential designs to see if they work virtually before actually building them.

Perhaps even a game if there’s enough interest and demand for it.

House designs submitted to the fund would need to fit an ecologically sustainable criteria to get funding and when possible use local materials
resources and people. I imagine the fairest way is to give the same amount of money to every individual regardless of their earnings.

I believe this may also improve designs submitted overall .If people wish to donate their share back into the fund coz they already live in an eco house and feel they have enough already they could to do so.

A record of all of the money that goes through the fund earned, spent and given out will be made publicly available for everyone to see.

To ensure that it is used in the correct way. Also if it is successful to have a beautiful record of achievement for the history books.
